Governor Siminalayi Fubara has officially dissolved his cabinet, relieving all commissioners and affected public officers following a Supreme Court judgment on their appointments. The announcement was confirmed in a statement from his Chief Press Secretary, Nelson Chukwudi. Alongside the dissolution, Governor Fubara convened a private valedictory session with cabinet members at Government House, Port Harcourt, using the gathering as part of the activities to mark Nigeria’s 65th Independence Day.
